Ready to dive into the data? Connecting your bike to the FAZUA app unlocks a world of customization, from tweaking your support levels to keeping your firmware fresh. Here is how to get your smartphone and e-bike talking to each other.

Download the Goods: Grab the FAZUA app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

🔗 Connecting to Your Bike

Power Up: Make sure your e-bike is turned on and standing still.

Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is active on your smartphone.

Open & Pair: Open the FAZUA app and follow the on-screen prompts to find your bike.

The "Blue Flash" Confirmation: Once the connection is a success, the five LEDs on your LED Hub or Control Hub will flash blue 3 times.
🛠️ Using the App
Once you're in, you can geek out on all the details:

Custom Tuning: Individually adjust the maximum motor power for your support modes (Breeze, River, and Rocket).

Health Check: Check your battery’s "State of Health" (SOH) to see how it's aging over time.

🆘 Troubleshooting
If your bike is playing hard to get:

Restart Everything: Turn the drive system off and back on again.

Check the Hub: If the upper LED is flashing Red or Yellow, you’ve got a "Hard" or "Soft" fault that might be blocking the connection.
