Getting Started 📲

First things first, let's get the app onto your smartphone so you can start exploring all its awesome features:

  • Check Compatibility: You can find which hardware and components the FAZUA app is compatible with at FAZUA's website.
  • Download the App: You can download the FAZUA app from the FAZUA homepage, or find it directly in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Account Setup: Open the FAZUA app and set up your user account.

Connecting to Your Bike 🚲

After you’ve created a new account, log in to the FAZUA app. You will then be guided to connect the FAZUA app with your eBike.

Before connecting, make sure your eBike is turned on and in a standstill. Also, make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet, and Bluetooth is turned on. To connect your eBike, simply follow the instructions on the FAZUA app.

How to pair up:

  1. Power Up: Turn on your eBike by holding the control switch up for at least 2 seconds to put it in bluetooth pair mode. You will know it is in BT pairing mode when the LED hub lights are flashing blue.
  2. Grab Your ID: You will need your unique 6-digit CONNECTION-ID number, which can be found on a blue label around the LED Hub, on the control cable, or via the FAZUA Toolbox software.
  3. Pair and Confirm: The eBike will then be detected and connected to the FAZUA app. Once your cell phone successfully establishes a connection to the drive system via the app, the five LEDs of the display will flash blue 3 times to confirm.

Using the App 📊

The FAZUA app has a wide range of functions and data to display. Through the interactive Live Rider Dashboard, you can view live stats including:

  • Live motor power and rider power.
  • Battery level and riding speed.
  • Current cadence.

The app also records your distance traveled, duration of the ride, and calories burned to keep you on top of your fitness journey!

Customizing Ride Modes 🎨

Why settle for standard when you can build your own personal profile? You have the ability to check and individually adjust the parameters for FAZUA's three signature support modes using the app:

  • Breeze (Green): Lights up green on your display and provides low but effective support for maximum range.
  • River (Blue): Lights up blue on your display and delivers reliable support for most applications.
  • Rocket (Pink): Lights up pink on your display and unleashes maximum power support for very demanding trips.

You can easily create your own personal riding experience by answering a few simple questions in the Customizer, or you can manually adjust specific parameters like Max Power, Support Relation, and Ramp-Up for each ride mode.
